This policy covers rooferseo.company, run by Roofer SEO Co. ("we"). Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you and do the work you ask for, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Form details. When you use the contact form, the free SEO inspection or the order form: your name, email, company, website, service area, the answers you pick and any message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Our spam check sees your IP address and browser signals when you submit a form.

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your message, send your inspection report or order confirmation and a payment link.
• To keep a record of what you asked for and what we agreed.
• To stop spam and abuse of our forms.

Who processes it for us

• Brevo sends our form emails and stores your contact details in our contact list.
• Cloudflare runs our spam check (Turnstile) and routes our email.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the length of our work together plus the time needed for records and tax purposes. Ask us and we'll delete your details sooner where the law allows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law. Email support@rooferseo.company and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
