Why cost per signed job
A $40 lead sounds cheaper than a $90 lead. But if you sign one in twenty of the cheap ones and one in six of the expensive ones, the "expensive" lead costs less per roof. Shared leads tend to close at lower rates because the homeowner is hearing from several roofers at once.
