Terms of service

These terms apply to rooferseo.company and to services you buy from Roofer SEO Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a service you agree to them.

Ordering and payment

The order form is a request, not a purchase. After you send it we confirm the package fits your site and market, then email a payment link. Your order starts when that payment is made. Prices are in US dollars as shown on the pricing page on the day you order.

Monthly plans and one-time purchases

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term. To cancel, email support@rooferseo.company; we stop the next month's work and billing. One-time purchases cover the deliverables of one package period.

What we deliver

Each package lists its deliverables and turnaround. We report every live link we build, its target page and anchor text. If a delivered link stops working during your plan, tell us and we'll look at replacing it.

No ranking guarantees

Search engines decide rankings, and they change how they rank sites. We don't guarantee any position, traffic level, number of leads or revenue. Results described on this site, including case studies and testimonials, are from specific campaigns and markets and are not a promise of your results.

Your part

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for having the right to the content, photos and accounts you share with us, and for your own business licensing, insurance and advertising compliance. When we need access to your website or Google Business Profile, you control that access and can remove it at any time.

Ownership

Your domain, website, Google Business Profile and the content we write for you (once paid for) belong to you.

Calculators and articles

Our calculators and blog posts are general information, not financial, legal or insurance advice. Calculator results depend entirely on the numbers you enter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.
