Roofing websites built for the phone in a homeowner's hand
Most roofing leads start on a phone, standing under a stained ceiling. We build roofing websites that load fast, prove you're legit in one screen and give Google a page for every job and town. From $400, one time.
01 / What goes into a roofing site that ranks
Eight things homeowners and Google both check
- 01 Proof in the first screen
- License, insurance, years in business, review rating, a real photo of your crew or trucks. Homeowners are deciding whether you're legit before they scroll.
- 02 One page per job you want
- Replacement, repair, leaks, storm damage, metal, flat roofs, gutters. Each with your process, materials, warranty and a price range or what drives the price.
- 03 A page per town you really serve
- With local jobs and details, not a copy with the name swapped. These pages rank in the regular results where the Map Pack can't reach.
- 04 Project photos that load fast
- Before and after, captioned with town and material, compressed so a phone on a weak signal still shows them.
- 05 A phone number you can tap
- At the top of every page on mobile, plus a short form. Two fields beat ten.
- 06 Financing and insurance pages
- Many replacements hinge on them. Plain explanations, no promises about claims.
- 07 Speed
- A roofing site should load in a couple of seconds on a phone. Page builders stuffed with sliders and plugins often don't.
- 08 Clean structure for Google
- Titles, headings, internal links, schema for your business and services, a sitemap. The foundation the SEO packages build on.
02 / Price
From $400, one time. Quoted per project.
A small site for one town costs less than a multi-location site with galleries and a financing calculator. Tell us what you need and we send a fixed quote with every page listed. You own the result.
To rank once it's live, pair it with an SEO package from $125 a month, or keep it as is. Your call.

03 / Fix or rebuild
We'll tell you if you don't need a new site
A new website is the most expensive way to fix a ranking problem, and it's often not the right one. If your site is reasonably fast and you can edit its pages, fixing titles, adding service and town pages and building links usually gets you further for less.
A rebuild makes sense when the site is locked inside a platform you can't edit, takes ten seconds to load on a phone, or has so little on it that starting over is quicker than patching. The free inspection says which camp you're in, and the full roofing SEO program picks up from there.
FAQ
Roofing website questions
How much does a roofing website cost?
Our roofing websites start at $400, one time, and we quote each project after seeing what you need: number of pages, towns, photo galleries, financing or estimate tools. The quote lists every page so there are no surprises.
What is the best website builder for roofing companies?
The one that lets you load fast, edit titles and headings, add pages for every service and town, and own your domain. WordPress, Webflow and a few others can all do it when they're set up well. A slow theme with sliders and ten plugins hurts more than the platform choice.
Do I need a new website to rank?
Often not. Many roofing sites rank fine once titles, pages and speed are fixed, and that's cheaper than a rebuild. We recommend a new site only when the old one can't be fixed for less.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The domain, the site and the content are yours. If you stop working with us, you keep everything.
Do you write the copy?
We can, through a content plan or as part of the quote. Copy that names your materials, warranties, towns and process ranks and converts better than generic roofing text, so we'll ask you for those details either way.
Not sure your site is the problem?
Send us the link. We'll check its speed, structure and pages against the roofers who outrank you, and tell you whether to fix it or replace it. Free, by email.
